Shipping Information

Processing Time:

 

  •  We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • During busy times, shipments might take a bit longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone to keep you in the loop.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    •    Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

    •    Our standard shipping usually takes 14-21 business days. Sometimes, delivery might take a little longer due to factors beyond our control.

    •    We ship internationally! Shipping times and costs vary based on your location, so           check out the details at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

 

  • Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking info will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 

  • Any customs or taxes applied to your order are your responsibility. Terrarium isn’t responsible for these additional charges.

 

Damages:

 

  • We take care to package your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support for help. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Return & Exchange Information

Our Guarantee:

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange.

 

Return Process:

 

  • To start a return, reach out to our customer support team via our website chat or email us at support@terrarium.com. We’ll give you all the instructions you need and a return shipping label.

  • Please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that are returned used or damaged might not be eligible for a full refund.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Once we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know about your refund status. If everything’s good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • The refund might take a few days to show up, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
